Gilded Games (Legacy of Avalon Book 2)

Syn hates the Fey monarchy more than anything. Yet somehow she's trapped in a royal court, fighting for the crown. Worse, she's been forced to play the part of a Fey prince’s lover. Beautiful, ruthless, and desperate to win the trials, the prince needs the court to think they’re in love. The nobility wants a couple to win the trials. What the prince doesn't know is that Syn is spying on him for Avalon Tower—and she’s on a mission to bring him down. As the trials grow bloodier, Syn is secretly hunting his father—the king—for the revenge she craves. But in a court that crushes dissent, betrayal is a dangerous game. If Syn is caught in her lies, she'll die a traitor's death. And if she fails, the throne will belong to the vicious family she has sworn to destroy.
