ORDERING FAQs
How long will it take to receive my order?
For digital orders (ebooks, audiobooks), you will receive an email from BookFunnel within minutes with download links. For physical orders, allow up to 3 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Transit times vary by shipment service, level, and destination. An email with tracking information will be sent to your inbox!
How to track my order?
Please allow up to 3 days for your physical order to be prepared and shipped (digital orders are fulfilled and delivered immediately). Once a shipping label is generated, you will receive an email with your shipping information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, for non-book products. Not yet for special edition books.
I never got my order, what to do?
If you have placed a Digital order (ebook, audiobook) please confirm you received an Order Confirmation email from us. You will receive your downloadable content to the same email address. Please check your spam folder as well. You can also visit my.bookfunnel.com, log in with your email address, and access the material directly.
It's possible you entered an incorrect email address during checkout. If you have not received emails about your order, contact us and provide the correct email address. We can correct things so you can access your order!

How do I read my Ebooks on my Kindle?
You can send any of the books you purchase on our website to your Kindle library using Amazon Send to Kindle! Simply follow the steps in the link here.
Why is a product not listed?
It's possible that we are not currently shipping to your local region. In this case, a product will not show up in the listings. Once we've tackled shipping and customs logistics, we will continue to expand into additional regions around the world.
Where can I get a print copy of your digital books?
At the moment, we sell only special editions of our books on our website. If you're looking for standard print copies, head on over to Amazon, where they are all available!
What is your return policy?
There are no returns on digital or physical products purchased on our website. For specific concerns, please contact cn@cncrawford.com
